St. George police shared photos of David Gene Remley and of Brittany Etta Deal's SUV.

ST. GEORGE, Utah, Aug.20, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — A woman and three children considered endangered have been found safe, St. George police say.

Brittany Etta Deal, 27, and the three children were reported missing overnight by St. George police after David Gene Remley, 37, picked up the kids from daycare Monday evening. He was driving Deal’s vehicle.

Deal had a restraining order against Remley, which police said she filed after a family fight.

“Brittany and the three children have been located by Nevada Highway Patrol and they are safe and unharmed,” says the St. George PD statement, issued Tuesday afternoon.

“David Remley is in police custody. St. George Police detectives are working with NHP to determine what happened. More information will be released when it becomes available. Thank you to everyone who assisted in this investigation.”
