UTAH COUNTY, Utah, May 21, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — The Utah County Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday it has located a truck belonging to a 68-year-old Goshen man who has been missing since Thursday.
“Dodge pickup that was driven by missing Goshen man, Edward Reynolds, has been found in a far southwest part of Utah County, seven miles south of Elberta,” said a tweet from UCSO spokesman Sgt. Spencer Cannon.
Reynolds has not been located, the tweet said. Search and Rescue, a mounted horse posse and fixed-wing aircraft are searching for him, with the assistance of a K-9 unit.
Reynolds was last seen leaving his home shortly after 4:10 p.m. Thursday. His family reported him missing on Sunday.
A news release from Cannon says Reynolds was driving alone in a white 1986 Dodge D-150 pickup. There was a spare tire in the pickup bed. The license plate for the pickup is E098DD, issued in Utah.
Reynolds entered Main Street/SR-6 in Goshen and drove east, the news release says.
The missing man has memory loss problems and several medical conditions. He left home without his necessary prescription medications.
Cannon did not say whether the truck was disabled when it was found.
