UPDATE: Woman Killed In Wasatch County Accident Identified

WASATCH COUNTY, UTAH – November 18, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) ─ A woman who was killed in a collision in Wasatch County Tuesday night has been identified.

According to Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Jalaine Hawkes, Brenda Wardle, 54, of Marion, was killed in an accident on SR-248 just after 7 p.m., when the driver of a car she was in attempted to miss a deer, lost control of the car, veered into westbound lanes and collided with a second car.

Wardle died at the scene.

The Mustang driver and the driver of the second vehicle were transported to Park City Medical Center in critical condition.

Hawkes said drugs may have also been a factor in the accident.
