Utah County detectives seek help identifying pair who used stolen credit cards

UTAH COUNTY, Utah, Oct. 31, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Detectives with the Utah County Sheriff’s Office are hoping to identify two suspects who allegedly used stolen credit cards taken from a car in Vineyard in February.

A news release Wednesday said detectives are hoping someone will recognize a man and woman in two security photos from a Walmart in Tooele County.

“This man and woman used credit cards stolen from a car in Vineyard on or about Feb. 24,” the news release said. “The cards were used early on Feb. 24 in Tooele County at Walmart and Denny’s, and at Walmart in South Jordan.”

Both suspects are Caucasian. The man has dark hair, and in surveillance photos is wearing a red hoodie and red shorts. The woman is blond and appears to be wearing a white hoodie, white or pink shirt and black leggings.

Anyone who recognizes these suspects is asked to call UCSO detectives at 801-851-4025.
