UTAH, Feb. 17, 2021 (Gephardt Daily) — Utah Highway Patrol officials have responded to 315 calls since midnight in Salt Lake County.

“If you can work from home please do so, if you must go out slow down and wear your seat belt,” said a tweet from UHP at 9:30 a.m. “Be sure to check your tires before you make the decision to get on the roadways.”

On Tuesday morning, UHP tweeted out another piece of advice for drivers: “Friendly reminder, if you are traveling today or in the next few days… please remember to turn your lights on. It is very difficult to see vehicles no matter the color in wet conditions.”
