Utah Man Charged With Taking Pictures Up Woman’s Skirt At Kohl’s

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH – July 21, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) –

A Roy, Utah man was arraigned Monday in Third District Court, charged with taking cellphone photos up a woman’s skirt while she shopped at a Salt Lake City area Kohl’s store.

According to court documents, the 45-year-old suspect was spotted by a store clerk using a clothes kiosk as a vantage point to take the clandestine photos.

The man allegedly ran from the store after being confronted by security. They managed to get his get his license plate and turned it over to police.

The suspect in the case has been charged with the Class A misdemeanor count of using electronic equipment for voyeurism. He faces fines and up to a year in jail.
