UTAH, Nov. 26, 2019 Oct. 18, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Just as many Utahns prepare for Thanksgiving travel, the National Weather Service has put the entire state under winter storm warning, winter weather advisory or hazardous weather outlook.

The most severe of the three — the winter storm warning — is in effect for almost all of northern Utah, and western parts of central and Southern Utah.
