Vehicles burglarized while victims attend church services in Eagle Mountain

EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah, Dec. 23, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Utah County deputies responded to several vehicle burglaries Sunday in three different church parking lots in Eagle Mountain.

“The windows of the vehicles had been smashed out and purses and items of value in plain view were stolen,” said a news release from Utah County Sheriff’s Office.

At one of the locations, a vehicle with a dash camera caught the alleged suspects on video.

The two suspects appear to be Caucasian; one has a shaved head and is wearing a black jacket with a white logo on the front. The other is wearing a gray baseball cap, a white or gray sweatshirt, blue jeans and dark sneakers with white soles.

Deputies in Eagle Mountain are asking for assistance in identifying the two suspects. Anyone who recognizes the men is asked to call the Utah County Sheriff’s Office in Eagle Mountain at 801-794-3970
