HYRUM, Utah, Feb. 23, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — A man who died after an industrial accident involving a tractor Tuesday night has been identified.
According to officials, Javier Cruz, 33, of Logan was involved in an incident at the Rosehill Dairy located at 315 E. 6600 South in Hyrum just before 6 p.m.
Cruz died when he attempted to get off the tractor and was caught in the equipment. Cruz suffered fatal injuries to his torso and legs.
Cache County Sheriff officials are still investigating exactly how the incident occurred.
