WEBER COUNTY, June 24, 2025 (Gephardt Daily) -- The Weber County Sheriff's Office has announced the death of Sgt. Brandon Miles.
"It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Sgt. Brandon Miles, who faithfully served our community from April 2007 to present," the social media announcement says.
"Throughout his career, he served in various assignments including patrol, SWAT, bomb squad, motors, school resource, and training."
The release does not indicate a cause of death.
Viewings will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 29, and 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Monday at Lindquist Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd, Ogden. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the same location. Military honors will follow, the release says.
"His dedication, service, and friendship will never be forgotten," the WCSO release says.
"Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and all who served alongside him."
