WEBER COUNTY, Utah, July 9, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Weber Fire District extinguished a one-and-a-half acre fire that spread to grass and large trees Tuesday afternoon.
“Owner was burning ditch banks when wind gusts sent fire into trees,” said a tweet from Weber Fire District at 5 p.m. “Fire is now fully contained.”
Plain City Fire assisted in fighting the blaze also, the tweet said.
The tweet did not say exactly where the fire was.
