WEST JORDAN, Utah, Sept. 9, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — The West Jordan Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect who robbed a fast-food restaurant and threatened to shoot employees.

The suspect entered a Taco Time, at 9068 S. 2700 West, on Sept. 3 at approximately 10:55 a.m., and demanded money from employees, according to a news release from the police department.

The suspect stated he would shoot employees if they did not cooperate, but no weapon was displayed during the incident. The suspect fled the store southbound toward 9100 South, where he entered a vehicle.

The vehicle was described as a tan or brown four-door passenger car, and the suspect appeared to be the only occupant.

The suspect is described as 18 to 25 years old, between 5 feet, 10 inches and 6 feet tall, with a skinny build and a dark complexion. The suspect was wearing a gray, blue and black hoodie, and a blue bandanna over his face, as well as black shoes with white soles.
