WEST JORDAN, Utah, July 18, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — West Jordan police are searching for a suspect who they say stole more than $5,000 from a victim’s checking account.

“We would like to ID this man,” officials said in a Facebook post. “He gained access to a victim’s checking account. He then made transfers from that account to another account and took off with the money.”

In all, the suspect got away with just more than $5,000, the post said.

Officials did not say how the suspect gained access to the victim’s checking account.

“The surveillance pictures from the ATM machine he used are pretty awesome,” the post goes on. “Lets spread his face around so we can make an arrest!”

The suspect is Caucasian with brown hair and a beard. In surveillance pictures, he is wearing a baseball cap that reads “NRBC,” and a black T-shirt with the Eye of Providence on the front, which is associated with Freemasonry, and also sometimes with the Illuminati.

In the second surveillance photo, the man is wearing the same baseball cap with a black T-shirt that has a Powerade logo and the University of Utah logo, and a gray long-sleeve T-shirt underneath.

Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call WJPD dispatch at at 801-840-4000, and ask to speak to Detective Vincent.
