Police Search For Suspects Who Shot At Sugar House Home

SUGAR HOUSE, Utah, Jan. 5, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are searching for at least two suspects after a home in Sugar House was shot at early Tuesday morning.

A news release from Salt Lake City Police said a witness reported hearing several shots fired at about 1:30 a.m. at 1250 E. Wilmington Ave.

Police said an older model Ford F-250 or F-350 was seen speeding away eastbound, towards 1300 East. The witness stated there were at least two male occupants in the truck.

When officers arrived they found nine spent shell casings and one unspent round in the middle of the street.  Officers checked the area but were not able to locate anyone hurt or any property struck by the bullets.
