BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON, UTAH – November 4, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – A 21-year-old woman is in good condition after rolling her car in Big Cottonwood Canyon Wednesday morning.
Unified Police Officer Dave Dow said it appears the driver over-corrected at 6100 East Big Cottonwood Road at around 10:30 a.m., which caused the vehicle to roll.
The driver was transported to hospital by Unified Fire in good condition.
“The cause is still under investigation but speed does not appear to have been a factor,” said Officer Dow. “The roads are wet but not icy at this time.”
He said alcohol also does not appear to have been a factor in the accident.
