SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah, April 7, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — A large mudslide at the top of North Pinecrest Canyon Road made a mess Sunday night, but according to officials, no one was injured and the road remains open.
Sgt. Melody Gray, Unified Police Department, told Gephardt Daily that Public Works Department personnel are on scene, and a Department of Public Safety helicopter was preparing to head up to the site to survey the extent of the slide.
The recent rain and snow have left the area subject to possible slides.
