Zion National Park’s Narrows closed after heavy rain

SPRINGDALE, Utah, Dec. 8, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — The Narrows in Zion National Park is closed after heavy rain, according to officials.

“The flow of the North Fork of the Virgin River exceeded 150 cubic feet per second,” said a tweet from the park. “The Narrows and all routes that exit through the Narrows are closed. The bottom-up Narrows will reopen after CFS is below 150.”
