an. 29 (UPI) — A woman considered by authorities a “serial stowaway” has been arrested again at O’Hare International Airport, just days after a judge ordered her to stay away.

Marilyn Hartman, of Grayslake, Ill., was spotted near the Signature Private Plane section of the airport around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, The Chicago Tribune reported. She’s accused of violating a Jan. 20 order from Cook County Judge Stephanie K. Miller that barred her from Chicago’s O’Hare and Midway airports.

Hartman was charged earlier this month with felony theft after prosecutors said she sneaked onto a British Airways jet from Chicago and flew to Britain without a ticket on Jan. 14. She also was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing.

The judge originally required her to undergo a psychiatric evaluation and wear an ankle monitor, but the system was unable to supervise electronic monitoring at Hartman’s home in a different county. At a court hearing last week, Judge Donald Panarese Jr. warned her three times to stay away from the airport.

According to officials, an airport employee spotted Hartman Sunday in an unauthorized area and ordered her to leave. Officers later found her about 2 miles away at the airport’s Terminal 3.

Later Sunday, she appeared before Judge Mike Clancy, who ordered her held without bond in the Cook County Jail until at least her court date Wednesday.

Hartman, 66, has been arrested several times previously on charges that she attempted to or successfully boarded flights without a passenger ticket in Chicago, San Jose, Calif., and Phoenix.
