BREAKING NEWS: Former President George Bush Hospitalized
KENNEBUNKPORT, MAINE – July 15, 2015 Gephardt Daily — Former U.S. President George Bush, age 91, has been hospitalized after breaking a bone in his neck during a fall at the family’s summer home in Maine.
Mr. Bush was taken to a hospital in Portland where his injuries are described as “non-life threatening.”
Jim McGrath, the former president’s spokesman, says the ex-president is “very stable” and it’s anticipated his hospital visit will not be prolonged.
The former chief of state was last hospitalized in 2014 when he fought off pneumonia. In 2012, he spent several months in the hospital being treated for chronic bronchitis.
