MONTICELLO , Ark., March 16 (UPI) — An Arkansas man shared video of a funnel cloud forming in the sky as tornadoes and other extreme weather swept across the state.

Grant Box shared video of the large funnel cloud forming in an open field in the Swan Lake area of eastern Arkansas. The 20-second video shows the funnel cloud slowly moving across the sky as a few buildings and a water tower can be seen in the distance.

The large, swirling clouds can form tornadoes when their bases make contact with the ground.

Box captured the video on Sunday and shared it to local television meteorologist Todd Yakoubian’s Facebook page, where he also shared tornado footage from other locals.

One Tuesday Yakoubian reported that the state could expect strong winds and even more tornadoes, adding to a total of five reported as of Monday.

“NEW.. a 7th tornado has been confirmed in Arkansas county near Crocketts Bluff. It’s rated EF-0,” he wrote in a status
