ASHLAND, OREGON – October 7, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – Southern Oregon University has been closed after a threatening note was found Tuesday night.
According to Ashland Police Department, officers are continuing to investigate the note that poses a potential threat to the campus. Southern Oregon University took precautionary measures and closed the Ashland campus on Wednesday.
SOU Campus Public Safety and the Ashland Police Department are working to analyzing the potential threat.
A criminal investigation has been initiated and more information will be released by investigators as soon as it becomes available.
