NEW YORK, Oct. 25 (UPI) — In a bid to talk around the mainstream media Donald Trump routinely labels “rigged” against him, the Republican’s campaign launched a new nightly Facebook Live talk show that will stream online through the end of the election.

The show’s inaugural edition featured two hosts from Trump’s campaign, Boris Epshteyn and Cliff Sims, who interviewed Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway.

The campaign billed the show as a way to “bypass the liberal media” that have aligned against his campaign.

Though obviously a pro-Trump broadcast, the show had some elements of a network news broadcast. It will air each night from Trump Tower at 6:30 p.m. EDT, opposite the national news broadcasts on NBC, ABC and CBS. The video also features a live text crawl along the bottom of the screen like most cable news networks.

The candidate himself denied the Facebook Live broadcast was anything more than a tool to reach out to voters. After ousted Fox News executive Roger Ailes joined the Trump campaign, rumors swirled it was the beginning of “Trump TV” should he lose the election.

On Tuesday, Trump denied those rumors, saying he is solely focused on winning the election, not launching a new cable news channel.

“No, I have no interest in Trump TV,” Trump said during the interview, which was broadcast on Cincinnati’s 700WLW Tuesday morning. “I hear it all over the place. I have a tremendous fan base, we have a tremendous base. We have the most incredible people, but I just don’t have any interest in that.”
