Sept. 7 (UPI) — President Donald Trump visited Fargo, N.D., Friday to speak at a rally for Republican incumbent Rep. Kevin Cramer.
Trump’s speech followed a blistering critique Friday afternoon from former President Barack Obama, who gave an assessment of the “state of our democracy” at the University of Illinois.
Trump’s speech was scheduled to begin around 2:10 p.m. EDT.
