4-year-old girl taken to hospital after being pulled from pool in W. Jordan

WEST JORDAN, Utah, June 2, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — A 4-year-old girl was transported to the hospital Saturday after she was pulled, unresponsive, from a community swimming pool.

The emergency call was received about 4:30 p.m.

West Jordan Police said the girl was spotted by an adult bystander, in the pool near 7613 S. Yellowwood Lane (6750 West). The man pulled her out of the water and began to administer CPR.

The pool is not run by the city and has no lifeguard on duty.

By the time first responders arrived, the girl was breathing; however, her current condition is not known.
