FT. DUCHESNE, Utah, Nov. 13, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — The Bureau of Indian Affairs Ft. Duchesne Police Department is searching for a missing woman.
“BIA has currently been searching for Raisa Garfield since last night,” says a Facebook post from the department.
“She is not in any trouble, but we are concerned for her safety due to personal actions and comments.
“Please call BIA or your local law enforcement if you know her whereabouts. We want to make sure she is OK.”
