Police Ask For Help After Salt Lake Robbery

SALT LAKE CITY, March 30, 2015 — Salt Lake City Police Department want help finding two men who robbed a man who was walking near the Jordan River Saturday, March 28, 2015. Salt Lake City Police Department said in a press release:

“The victim was walking along the Jordan River at 200 N. Jordan River Pkwy when two unknown males approached him and asked him for money. The victim declined to give up any of his hard earned money and continued on his way. A short time later the victim was grabbed by one of the suspects and they took his money and his phone. The suspects were last seen fleeing southbound on foot. The first suspect is a male Hispanic adult, early 20’s, 5’7″, thin build with a shaved head; wearing a large black shirt, baggy denim shorts, and black converse shoes. The second suspect is also a male Hispanic adult, early 20’s, 5’9″, with a thin build; wearing a red shirt, baggy jeans, white/red high-top shoes, and a white flat brimmed baseball cap.”
