Ogden police seek help finding non-verbal man missing 2 weeks

OGDEN, Utah, April 27, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a non-verbal man who was last seen two weeks ago in Ogden.

Francisco M. Villalpando, 49, was last seen on April 13 near 760 29th St.

Villalpando has been unable to speak or write since suffering a stroke. He needs daily insulin due to diabetes.

Villalpando is described as 5 feet 2 inches and 140 to 150 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes, and wears a silver medical alert bracelet on his left wrist. At the time of his disappearance, Villalpando did not have any identification with him.
