OGDEN, Utah, Sept. 23, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — One person was transported to a local hospital Sunday evening after a house fire in the 800 block of Bramwell Court.
Crews were dispatched at about 7:56 p.m. Sunday.
“Fire units arrived on the scene to a single-family home with smoke and fire coming from inside the home,” a statement from Ogden City Fire says.
“Firefighters worked to extinguish the fire and had the fire under control in a short time frame. The home was quickly searched, and one person was rescued from the structure. That person was treated and transported to a local hospital.”
Firefighters from Ogden City Fire and South Ogden Fire responded to extinguish the fire, with resources including 20 firefights, a ladder truck, four engines, an ambulance, a paramedic truck and a Battalion Chief.
“The building is being secured and has an estimated $5,000 in damage.”
