OGDEN, Utah, Nov. 30, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — It is a somber day in Northern Utah where thousands are bidding a sad farewell to fallen Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Eric Ellsworth.
The veteran UHP officer, husband, and father of three, died from injuries suffered in the line of duty on the evening of Nov. 18 after when he was struck by car in Box Elder County while warning motorists of a dangerous power line.
