Body Cam Footage Shows Cop Refusing to Shoot Man Coming at Him
RICHMOND, OHIO – APRIL 23, 2015 (GEPHARDT DAILY) – A rookie cop refused to shoot a man who was charging at him screaming “shoot me, shoot me.”
The dramatic scene was caught on the officer’s body cam which his family bought for him after the Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson, Missouri.
Officer Jesse Kidder has only been on the force for a year when he encountered the double murder suspect.
