LANSING, Mich., Aug. 10 (UPI) — A Michigan fire department shared dashboard camera footage of a house explosion caused by a car crashing into the gas meter.
The video, shared on YouTube by Lansing firefighter William Pawluk, shows the front of the house explode Aug. 2 after a hit-and-run crash sent a car into the home’s gas meter.
The fire department said the home was evacuated prior to the explosion and no one was injured.
Police are searching for a vehicle involved in the crash.
