UPD seeks suspect after Taylorsville credit union robbery

TAYLORSVILLE, Utah, June 27, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — The Unified Police Department is asking for the public’s help after a robbery at a credit union in Taylorsville.

The incident occurred at the Cyprus Credit Union at 5750 S. Redwood Rd., Thursday at 11:10 a.m.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, in his mid 20s, wearing a gray T-shirt, blue baseball hat, sunglasses, black or blue basketball shorts and dark tennis shoes.

This suspect matches an armed robbery an hour earlier in West Valley City at a Metro PCS store.

The suspect had a firearm in that case and may have had one under his shirt at the credit union.

This individual is also a suspect in two other bank robberies.
