Draper Police ask for help identifying man after attempted home break-in

DRAPER, Utah, Oct. 30, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are asking for the public’s assistance after an attempted home break-in and car theft in Draper early Sunday morning.

The police department said a man tried to break into a house Sunday at 2 a.m. and was captured on security surveillance.

The break-in was unsuccessful, but soon after, a car was stolen out of a garage nearby and police are saying the same man might be a suspect in that crime.

Anyone who recognizes the man or has any information about the case is asked to call police dispatch 801-840-4000.
