Draper Man Missing 10 Days Found Dead

DRAPER, Utah, Feb. 23, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — The body of a Draper man missing for more than 10 days was found Tuesday after searchers located his truck in Saratoga Springs.

According to Draper City Police, Harry Cassidy Fisher, 28, was last seen Feb. 12 in his tan 1995 Toyota 4-Runner after leaving a note indicating severe depression and suicidal thoughts.

A post on the Hope For Harry Facebook page has revealed the vehicle was found Tuesday morning east of Saratoga Springs Marina, on the North Lake Comm Road, wedged in the snowbank.

A few hours after locating the truck, searchers found Fisher’s body in a remote area of the mountain. Police have told the family that it appears he took his own life. Harry

“This is the mountain where Harry chose to end his life. He will be greatly missed. We love you Harry,” said a post on the page.

An official cause of death has not been disclosed.
