OGDEN, Utah, Jan. 1, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are investigating the discovery of a woman’s body found outside an Ogden church Tuesday.
Ogden Police Department Lt. Will Farr told Gephardt Daily the woman was found deceased near the First Baptist Church of Ogden at 2519 Jefferson Ave. at approximately 10 a.m. It’s not clear at this time who discovered the body.
Farr said there were no signs of trauma or evidence her death was weather-related.
He said the woman’s body has been transported to the Utah Office of the Medical Examiner in Salt Lake City to determine her official cause of death.
The woman’s identity has not been released pending notification of family.
