LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 3 (UPI) — A four-alarm fire engulfed a Louisville, Ky., industrial facility Friday morning.

The fire sent billowing black smoke from Building 6 of General Electric Appliance Park in Louisville. The structure is considered a total loss, although all employees evacuated the building and are accounted for. No injuries were reported.

A shelter-in-place order was issued to everyone within a half-mile radius of the building.

WHAS-TV, Louisville, reported the building is leased to Derby Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of steel furniture parts.
