Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Vacation Amid Divorce Announcement
ABACO, Bahamas, July 6 (UPI) — Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner vacationed together amid their divorce announcement.
The 42-year-old actor and 43-year-old actress arrived with their three children at their home on the Abacos Islands in the Bahamas prior to confirming they will split after 10 years of marriage.
“[The Bahamas] is a place they’ve been going to for years that’s very private and special for their kids,” a source told Us Weekly of the getaway.
Affleck and Garner were spotted on the beach as they had a “serious” but seemingly “cordial” conversation, People magazine reported. The actor was wearing his wedding ring but appeared “distracted” as he and Garner talked.
The former couple share 9-year-old daughter Violet, 6-year-old daughter Seraphina and 3-year-old son Samuel, and announced their intent to divorce last week. Garner arrived in Atlanta to begin filming Miracles from Heaven on Sunday.
