DRAMATIC VIDEO: Harrowing Highway Rescue Caught On Camera

Video of a dramatic rescue on a southern California highway is being seen worldwide.
The video was captured by a photojournalist from San Diego’s ABC affiliate KGTV, who spotted a lone woman slumped behind the wheel of her car in the middle of northbound Interstate 801 early Saturday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the 25-year old driver was under the influence of alcohol and had no idea she had stopped her car in the middle of the interstate.
