COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah, Oct. 6, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying the vandal or vandals who shot out the windows of several vehicles between midnight and 4 a.m. Sunday.
The windows of at least nine vehicles were shot out with a pellet gun, with damage running into thousands of dollars, according to information from the Cottonwood Heights Police Department.
One of the victims reported seeing a dark-colored sedan driving through their area at high speed, but that’s all the information the police have so far.
The vandalism occurred overnight in various neighborhoods.
A reward of $500 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the vandals.
