UTAH COUNTY, June 8, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — A Silver Alert was issued and later canceled for an 86-year-old Salem man who drove away from the Payson Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Saturday afternoon.
Daniel Douglas Chase, who has signs of dementia, left in his vehicle, a blue 2020 Kia Sportage with Utah license plate 89AB3, about 1:30 p.m. A Silver Alert was activated about 3:30 p.m. and canceled about 11:30 p.m.
