WASATCH COUNTY, Utah, Nov. 11, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — Search and Rescue workers in Wasatch County are reporting a lot more stranded vehicles at relatively high elevations.
“Rescue calls over the last 10 days have involved stranded vehicles in the snow,” the Wasatch County Search & Rescue post says.
“Be careful this time of year. The snow is starting to accumulate at upper elevations making travel a challenge.”
Just a reminder: First responders rescue people, not vehicles.
“SAR cannot tow your vehicle out.”
