SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah, Aug. 13, 2017 (Gephardt Daily) — Police responded to a call about a body floating in Mill Creek in the area of 135 West and 2950 South on Sunday.
According to a news release from Gary Keller, public information officer for South Salt Lake Police, officers were dispatched at about 4 p.m. and “located what appears to be a male body that had become lodged on some debris at 235 West & 2950 South.”
The body was recovered by personnel from Fire Department Rescue and the Office of the Medical Examiner.
The OME will conduct an investigation to determine the identity of the individual and the cause of death.
