WEST JORDAN, UTAH – September 5, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) – A 19-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot a party in West Jordan overnight.
Police say they first received calls of gunfire around 5:45 a.m. Saturday in the vicinity of 3100 West and Shayla Drive.
When officers arrived they found a 19-year-old man who had been shot in the leg. He was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition.
Investigators say the teen shooting victim was attending an alcohol-fueled party when a fight broke out.
No arrests have been made so far.
