SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Nov. 15, 2018 (Gephardt Daily) — Fire crews responded to the scene of a Salt Lake City structure fire Thursday morning.
Crews arrived at 635 E. 300 South before dawn to find flames coming from the basement of a vacant home.
“Aggressive interior operations were initiated to confirm there was no one in the house,” says a statement from the Salt Lake City Fire Department.
“Once the structure was cleared crews transitioned to a defensive mode and extinguished the fire.”
No firefighters sustained injuries.
