MEXICO CITY, Mexico, July 10, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — A 14-year-old Ogden girl who traveled to Mexico to visit family members has now gone missing.
Elizabeth “Ely” Gonzalez was last seen on June 30, and investigators believe she is still in Mexico, although her whereabouts are unknown, according to a statement from the FBI Salt Lake City Office.
Gonzalez was last seen wearing dark blue jeans, a black hoodie, and black and white Vans shoes. She stands 5 feet 1 inch tall, and weighs about 140 pounds. Her hair and eyes are brown. She is an American citizen of White/Hispanic descent, the missing person poster says.
