SALT LAKE CITY, November 23, 2015 (Gephardt Daily) ─ A woman is in stable condition after being stabbed multiple times Sunday night in Salt Lake City.
According to Salt Lake Police, the victim and her boyfriend were driving in the area of 200 South 500 West. They pulled over, then got into a confrontation with two people on the side of the road.
During that altercation, a female pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim three times. The victim then got back into her car and flagged down a police officer.
The victim was taken to a local hospital in serious condition but has since been upgraded to stable.
Police have viewed surveillance footage and have been able to get suspect information from the footage. Police believe the incident may be related to drugs.
