LITTLE COTTONWOOD CANYON, Utah, April 9, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — Little Cottonwood Canyon will close Wednesday morning for avalanche control, officials said.
A tweet from Unified Police Department Canyon Alerts said the canyon will close from 5:30 a.m. to 8 a.m.
In addition, the town of Alta will implement interlodge procedures during that time period, which means staff and guests are required to stay indoors.
