CACHE COUNTY, Utah, March 29, 2019 (Gephardt Daily) — A 28-year-old man was booked into the Cache County Jail Monday after Utah Highway Patrol troopers stopped, believing a pulled-over car on U.S. 89/91, near milepost 15, was in need of assistance.
Instead, the troopers found two partially clothed males in the blue BMW.
Cristoforo Najera was booked on suspicion of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, a third-degree felony; and lewdness, a class B misdemeanor.
The younger male initially misled officers about his age, but was determined to be 15, the probable cause statement says.
Najera’s bail was set at $5,680.
