SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Nov. 16, 2016 (Gephardt Daily) — Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly pulled his truck forward and trapped a woman between it and her own vehicle after he rear-ended her vehicle in Salt Lake City on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident happened at 400 W. North Temple St. at approximately 2:50 p.m., according to a news release from the Salt Lake City Police Department.
The woman was stopped at a light when she was rear-ended by another vehicle, the statement said. An argument ensued between the drivers. At one point, the truck driver drove his vehicle forward and pinned the woman between their vehicles. The suspect then fled the scene.
The victim had minor injuries.
The suspect is described as a white male adult with red hair and piercings. The vehicle is described as a white truck, possibly a Chevy, with front end damage.
