OGDEN, Utah, Oct. 30, 2024 (Gephardt Daily) — Police in Ogden are looking for a hit-and-run driver they say killed a man Wednesday next to a carwash near 7th Street and Washington Boulevard.
According to a press release issued by Ogden City PD, officers responded to a report of an unconscious person lying in a parking lot about 5:11 p.m.
When first responders arrived, they found a 63-year-old man “who was pronounced dead at the scene.
“The vehicle involved had fled prior to officers’ arrival” and “the incident remains under active investigation,” the OCPD statement said.
